Among the X-Men film series, though, it certainly was among the worst and ended the franchise on a sour note. It isn’t terrible, but it was a box office flop and received largely negative reviews. The New Mutants just barely made this list. In reality, the facility has much more sinister plans for them, and they must band together to survive.
